Your previous records will be reviewed prior to your appointment. We will discuss your medical history and then proceed with a physical examination. Additional images may be part of the appointment day of. We will then discuss next steps.

It is important to bring any previous xray, mri, ct scan, nerve studies, biopsies or test results to your appointment.
If you have had prior surgery, be sure to bring a printed copy of your operative report.
We encourage you to write down any questions you might have regarding future treatment options.
